After move in, Barry and the customer during a walk through of the home generate a punch list. A copy is given to the owner to check off items as completed. As much time as is needed is spent with the office to coordinate the work to be done. The office staff will also monitor the progress on these items toward a timely completion.

Barry provides a one (1) year warranty for your new home. At the end of the year, We will contact you to schedule any work needed to be done. Of course, the customer is encouraged to call with any problems, concerns, or questions they may have during the year.

The buyer is also provided with a ten (10) year warranty from Home Buyers Warranty VI. Home Buyers Warranty VI is a limited warranty program developed specifically for Florida homes and Florida homebuyers. The limited warranty is designed to provide comprehensive protection against structure failures and workmanship and material defects in the home.
