Location:
Pace Island, located on Doctors
Lake in Clay County is only 3 miles south of Orange Park, Florida and 3 1/2
miles south of I-295 on U.S. 17.
Community:
Pace Island was the first
community in Florida to receive the "Florida Quality Development" (FQD)
designation. This state designation is presented for excellence in
community environmental planning.
Property:
This single-family residential
community with over 977 acres consists of garden size homesites to estate size
homesites. There are over 400 acres of natural hardwood forests,
gracious oak hammocks, wild flowers, and pines in lush profusion.

Pace Island is a 24-hour
